 | John has been the manager of Business East Inc. for more than 12 years. Previously he spent 37 years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. John managed various branches in Southern Tasmania, and held senior positions in both Launceston and Devonport. John studied and achieved an Associate Diploma in the Bankers Institute and holds a Certificate IV in Business, Small Business Management. Tracey Jordan – Assistant Business Advisor

| Tracey is an assistant business advisor, working part-time, at Business East Inc. She has experience in personal insurance and customer service with the AMP Society. For the past 18 years Tracey has been employed by AAMI Insurance where she has undertaken a number of different roles. She also works part-time as a Client Manager in AAMI’s home insurance division. Tracey’s love of touch football has helped in building a rapport with the local community and in turn delivering excellent customer service, which she is passionate about.
