David’s 31 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry includes management positions with the ANZ bank at Kingston and Sandy Bay. He was also employed in the private sector as a Finance Manager/Administration Manager, where he successfully implemented new policies and procedures for a local business. 

David has a Certificate IV in Small Business Management, and a strong understanding of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.

This knowledge is a great benefit to the large number of local businesses he deals with. David’s business experience and its practical applications give him an in-depth understanding of the many challenges and issues involved with running a small business.

Scott’s working life has always been focused on customer service. Over 23 years of service in the banking industry, specialising in business relationships was followed by a role as a self-employed mortgage broker. 

The challenge of running his own business, and the everyday aspects of renting premises, managing staff, and meeting deadlines are aspects Scott has really enjoyed. These experiences have given him empathy for all the challenges that business owners face.  

Scott lives and works in the Huon Valley area and enjoys working with local business people.
